No system is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a security compromise, we will notify you and the Information Regulator as required by POPIA Section 22.

We retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy, or as required by law (e.g. for dispute resolution or statutory obligations). Following account deletion or a period of inactivity, your data will be deleted or anonymised unless retention is legally required.
